Me too.

When I check url of the image, it show http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/Store/Thumbnail.aspx?IP=http://www.dotnetnuke.com/dnn/Portals/0/20060209-195637.jpg&IW=90 than I open this url in browser it show notthing.

But when I change query string IP=http://www.dotnetnuke.com/.. to IP=http://localhost/.. (Or your domain name here) the picture is show correctly.

I don't know where can I change url http://www.dotnetnuke.com to my domain in this module. Who can help me?

To change this login as Host > Host Settings > Host URL and type in your http://localhost/

The picture doesn't show on my DNN 4.0 as well.
My Guess is I download both source code and I compile myself.
DNN 4.0 source is written in VB and this DNN Store is written in CS.

When I debug up to the Thumbnail.aspx it don't even go to the Thumbnail.aspx.cs. This is how your picture cannot display.
however if you don't compile it and just install the module to your clean DNN4.0 build it will work.
