Hello,

I had install the install version of store module. Now I need the sources, so I've installed the source version following the guide "How to install Store module 02.01.00 WITH sources". Then I've modified the solution in \desktopmodules\store because I've not dotnetnuke installed in dotnetnuke_2. The problem is that, if I open and then build the solutiom, I got the error:

Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.AddressEdit'

Anyone can help me please?

Hi,

Which version of VS do you use? Remember you MUST use VS 2005 Pro with SP1, NOT Web Express!

It will be better and simple to install an other dnn 4.4.1 WITH sources instance inside c:\DotNetNuke_2. Probably you do not replace all references in the solution.

I use Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition. The first time I've installed dnn in c:\dotnetnuke_2, I had followed your procedure for the store module, and I had no problem, I've created a site and all works.

Now  I'm creating another site for another company, so I've got another dnn instance in C:\dotnetnuke_mp.  And I've got this problem building the solution. I've replaced all the references in the solution before open it (I'm sure, I've done a Search). But it doesn't work. I've tried and tried....

Any help?

Hi,

If it works with c:\DotNetNuke_2, then your config is ok. Is the new instance (c:\dotnetnuke_mp) use dnn WITH source? IMHO it's a problem related to your replacement in the solution file. Because when you use the default folder name it's work.

Yes my new instance of dnn is with sources, as the other dnn instance I have.

But I need this new instance, and I really need the store module in this new instance...
