Fellows quick one:

1) How do we change the font style and color for the "Product Summary" and "Product Title" in Store Module

2) How do we change the "PayPal Buttons" for all products defined in Store Module.

Appreciate every single quick help - thanks much in advance.

Sincerely.

Hi Sid,

1) Open the file StoreFront.css (inside ...\DesktopModule\Store\Templates\StyleSheet\  or ...\Portals\n\Store\Templates\StyleSheet\) and add this line at the end:

.ListContainer-Title SPAN.NormalBold {font-size: 14px;}

2) There is no PayPal buttons for products?! Do you talk about the "Add To Cart" and "Buy Now!" buttons? What do you want to do?

Gilles

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Gilles,

I will try what you outlined for (1) and let you know.

For (2) YES I am talking about is the "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now!" buttons. Basically the buttons that appear by default do not gell well with my site; and if you navigate to  "\DesktopModules\Store\Templates\Images" folder; it has many good images and I want to use "AddToCart_bleu_2_us-US.jpg" and "BuyNow_bleu_us-US.jpg" button images instead of the default ones. Where is this cofiguration hidden? how can I change the defaulyt configuration and use the said images?

Thanks much Gilles.

Sincerely,

Sid.

Hi Sid,

The buttons inside folder Images are just samples. You can reuse it or create your own, the only requirement is to convert the jpg files to gif format and use the right names. For "Add to Cart" the name must be addtocartimg.gif, for "Buy Now!" name it purchaseimg.gif and for the "Details" button (the little white circle with black arrow) name it linkdetailimg.gif. The file bouttons.psd is a Photoshop template for create your hown version with different text and/or color.

The buton template use the font familly Cambria. It's a Microsoft font which come from Clear-type familly. She's nativlely in Vista and MacOSX, and systems with Office 2007, and could be installed as the Microsoft Clear-type Utility.

Gilles, thanks for sharing all that information. Now I understand how it works and how can I customize on what I need.

However my original request (1) is still unanswered. I tried what you outlined and it did not work. Let me try and explain again as to what exactly I want to do. We have "Products Categories" and then the "Cataloge" that displayes the actual products contained for each category. What I want to do is on "Cataloge" page is to CHANGE the default font color (which happens to be gray and I want it to be black), font size and font style, for the product descriptions (summary, message etc..). Can you please guide how do I go about this and where are these settings stored and pulled from?

Thanks in advance,

Sincerely,

Sid.
