Hello everybody,

I've installed source version of Store module (version 02.01.00. My dotnetnuke version is 4.5.3).  When I try to build my DotNetNuke solution I get the error "Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.AddressEdit'.

I've read in a post of this forum that I have to exclude all the files in DesktopModules/Store folder.

My question is: I have to exclude all files from Store folder and also from Store subfolder???

Thanks.

Hi,

You do not have to exclude any files!!! Please read this post for install source version.

After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi,

AddressEdit is driving me mad!!! I have followed the installation instructions and yes everything compiles and works when opening the store solution.

Great. However, when I compile the store solution I realised last night the website is not compiled as part of this process, when I build the website, which I want to do, because I am tweaking the store code etc I still get 'Could not load type AddressEdit' and yet I can see it in my project and the code behind is right there.

I see this is a common problem, can someone point me in the direction of resolving it properly? So far my only solution is to exclude it.

Thanks in advance
