I only had a few test orders prior to upgrading to 02.01.00.  However after upgrading I have no orders that I can find for any of the test customers  Is this expected behavior from the upgrade?

Do you have uninstall previous version before upgrade? Normaly, you should retreive your orders.

No.  I did not uninstall first.  I simply installed new version over the previous version.  All the products, categories and store settings were fine after the upgrade it seems only the orders were lost.

There is no reason for the products and categories was upgraded and not the order. Your database can be reached from outside? If you send me an sql server account iformation, I can try to find the problem. DO NOT POST confidential information in the forum.

When searching by customer if found nothing.

When searching by order status it found nothing (I tried all of them).

However I found that if I searched by order number it found them.  I started at 1 and worked my way to the end.  Setting each order as dispatched or cancelled.  In doing this I could find the orders. The dates, Products, QTY, totals etc were all fine for each order.  However none of them had any shipping information they show:

Billing Address Shipping Address
Bill to address not available. Ship to address not available.

After each order had been inspected and assigned a status I was then able to search by customer name and order status.

New orders placed in 02.01.00 include shipping information.
