Some people is not registered or does not have a gateway payment (Authorize, Paypal,...).
It is possible to use this module without payment gateway and only send the mail order after checkout to the store admin ?

Perhaps the addition of "Test Provider" to the drop down list could be considered. 
Since I didn't know how to set up a Paypal or an Authorize.net account (or any other for that matter) doing that research  was a serious digression from exploring the new store module (which I am quite impressed with and which I am sure will provide me with significant insight into how a store should work).

An email gateway is very interesting!!! My wish is that the customer receives an email that confirms the order, and I receive an email with the order. I ship the order with an invoice.

Other things what would be great is customers reference number (orders from firms often require this)
