For future developement, I think it'll be great if anonymous shopping is allowed, as well as the automatic role subscription (if logged in), email address entry at the checkout and address field populated automatically if user is logged in.

Hi,

Currently, I work on the Address provider. I plan to allow anonymous shopping using an impersonated account. Because, it would require to much work for modify how the Store handle orders. Thus, if anonymous system is used, all orders will be linked to a pre-defined user account in the Store Admin module and the real client will have to enter his postal and email addresses. If the anonymous system is NOT used, then the registration address will be loaded from the DNN user account and proposed as the default billing address. Concerning the automatic role subsciption, I will work on for a future version, not the very next.

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi

I ran into the same problem with the store.
And added the same fix.

Looking forward to see the update in the workflow.

Thanks for your work Gilles!

Hi Gilles,

I used the "fix" as mentioned in these post to make it possible to make an order without transferring to Paypal.
Now I got complaint from a customer that the site did not "work" anymore after they used the "back button" in the internet explorer.
They get confused after that step.

Question:
Is is possible to make a extra button in the screen with a message for example "Go Back to the site".
With this button the customers should comes back in the shopping cart page.

With regards, Ton Hermes

Hi Gilles,

Sorry if I' am to cryptic in asking a question.
Here the question again.

When a customer decides to buy something..
-selecting article etc
- ....
- .....
- Fill in the form with address and shipping fields.
- Customer push the "go to Papal" button.
If the customer click this button..

- a new page is showing with the message, "Thanks for placing this order etc etc ... and a button "go further to Papal".
(at this moment the store program sends a mail to the customer and to the store with the content of the order).
In this page there is also a button with the message "go further to papal"
I like to have a second button added with the message "go back to the store" .
On this way the customer goes back on a "official" way back to the store.
This is for my customers who like to pay me trough their own bank account and not Papal.

momentarily I have added a message that they have to click the back button of the internet explorer.
If they do this then the page is not valid anymore and they have to do a refresh with the f5 button on the keyboard.
Some customers getting confused by this.
Thats the reason I ask if it is possible to add a click able "back button".

Please, If you need more clarification do not hesitate to ask me.
With regards, Ton Hermes
