I too am having this issue... and NONE of the suggestions help...

I have uploaded the latest GeoIP file.

Looking in /portal/DesktopModules/Store/ there is NOT storeAddress.aspx file... There is AddressEdit, and it has LocalHost="US" specified.

I KNOW I'm not in Afghanistan... the default for user account shows US... but not in the checkout... VERY FRUSTRATING...

There IS StoreAddess.ASCX, located inside the floder ...\DesktopModules\Store\Providers\AddressProviders\DefaultAddressProvider

Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

This all worked for me - you need to get the right file and make sure you GEOip.dat is up to date - I've tested in the UK and US and both work fine now.

Thanks to all - I'm learning loads about DNN by working through stuff on here and getting the store up and running!!  I'm pretty pleased with how its all shaping up - I'll post a link once its finished.
