I'm working on the store for my company, but the shipping is not being calculated. I am using the Basic Shipping (Total Amounts) provider. I have added in the shipping rates. Is there something I am missing? Thank you.

Which version of Store do you use? Have you modify the code? Do you receive an error message?

I am using version 4.3.4 of DNN. I have not received an error message or modified the code. I appreciate any help. I have been working under the store shipping rate settings. Right now I am using Basic shipping (total amounts) provider, which was listed in the drop down menu. I have added new shipping rates and clicked on update, yet the shipping rates are not appearing on the order or being calculated into the cost.

Hi,

I don not ask for dnn version, but for the Store module version! If you use Store 01.00.01, it's normal because this version is buggy. You have to wait for the next version 02.01.00 or you can try WWStore 02.01.01 available at www.dotnetnuke.fr.
