I'm trying to test this cart end-to-end. I set up a paypal account to test the gateway functionality. Do I need to set up API access authorisation on my account and what is the API Account Name? What access needs to be enable?

The DNN Store uses PayPal's Instant Payment Notification (IPN) functionality. No special settings are necessary for your PayPal account.

You will need to properly configure the Store's PayPal gateway settings:

PayPalID - Email address on your PayPal account
CartName - Name for your shopping cart, May want to make same as your Store Name
