I have been playing around with the store module a little more and have a few more suggestions. Is there a preferred way to submit them to you? Until I hear otherwise, I'll just list them here for now:

  1. In the template files, it would be nice to have separate placeholders for the currently supported product attributes (e.g. Manufacturer, Model Name, Model Number). This would allow more control over formatting and customizing the display of product info. Currently, all I see in the template is [TITLE] which seems to combine Manufacturer + Model Name + Model Number.
  2. Eventually, when custom product attributes are supported, another good feature would be to be able to define a custom product attribute placeholder in the store template files (e.g. [ATTRIBUTE:Color], [ATTRIBUTE:Weight], etc...).
  3. If\when hierarchical sub-categories are implemented in the Store Module, it would be nice to be able to specify which category an instance of the Store Menu module displays as it's root category. You could then effectively create mini-catalogs and still be able to manage the entire catalog through the Store Admin Module centrally.

Thanks!

These are good ideas, thanks. I think this is as good of a place to post suggestions as any.
