Hi Marc,

I know, I'm a good guy!

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Gilles,

I have just finished translating the latest WWStore (02.01.01) into dutch and i'm playing a bit with the module but haven't ran into any original english buttons. Can you please tell in what scenario will the localized buttons be used?

Thanks in advance,

Marc

Hi Marc,

Whaou! You work at the light speed.

You must have at least two locales installed. When the user switch from a locale to an other, the localized buttons are switched too. The French locale code is fr-FR, and en-US for American. If my dnn instance use this two locales and I have not actived the locale detection from the browser, but defined English (United States) as default. When a French user come to my web site, the buttons displayed are those with en-US at the end of the file name (addtocartimg_en-US.gif, purchaseimg_en-US.gif, linkdetailimg_en-US.gif). If the user select his language (French), then the buttons with fr-FR are displayed (addtocartimg_fr-FR.gif, purchaseimg_fr-FR.gif, linkdetailimg_fr-FR.gif).

Could you create a language pack from your Dutch version and send it to me, please? If it's possible, join into an other zip file the localised buttons. My email address is in my profile (click on ploum in the left column).

Gilles,

I first would like to get the buttons localized before wrapping it up and send it to you. This i hope i will be able to do in one of the comming days.

As soon as i have finished this i will send you the resourcepack. No sweat, but i'll also will be sending this one to Erikvb so that he can put it up on the Dutch DNN Usergroup site.
