The Store module is re-re-enter in the release process today.But no one can tell you when it will be released!

Concerning the 'French' version, like all other modules in the world WWStore is NOT IN FRENCH but maintained by me and the French community. We are professional developers working for all, not just for us. All strings, help, templates and even graphics buttons are IN ENGLISH.
