I have downloaded the Store_01.00.00_Install version and seem to have problems with it.  Is this the latest version of the module, or has it not been realised yet?

Robert,

I have added the Store Admin module to a page and when I click on the Categories, Products, Customers and/or Reviews tabs within this module, i get the following error:

A critical error has occurred.
Unable to cast object of type 'ASP.desktopmodules_store_account_ascx' to type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.Store'.

Maybe I haven't configured something properly, but i'm not too sure.  I checked the installation and it installed successfully, with no errors at all.

On a review of the code, the cause of the error you have described is not obvious. Could you please provide a little more information about your configuration? What DNN version are you running? Are you using the module on a portal other than the default? Are there any additional error details you can provide?

One interesting aspect of your description of the problem is the "store_account_ascx" control is used with the Store Account module, not the Store Admin module. Are you sure you are getting this error when using the Store Admin module?

Ok I have fixed this problem, because I was just testing these modules and seeing how they work, I had both modules (Store Account and the Store Admin) on the same page. For some reason it doesn't like this, as soon as I put them on different pages the error goes and all is ok.

I do have another question though.

1. I can't seem to change the currency to GBP for a product, even though I have set this up in the Hosting Currency section? It shows it as USD.

I am using the DNN 4.0.2 version and I am only using a module on the default portal.
