I am very excited about the addition of a store module to dotnetnuke, very useful. But the problem i have with some existing solutions is that online payment is mandatory. I would like to use the shop to let customers make reservations for events i organize without online payment. Just add the product to a cart and generate a bill. Will this be possible with the new module?

This would be something I would be interested in down the road as well.  We want to have a company store hosted on our intranet that would allow employees to purchase items via payroll deductions.  So basically, we need a store with that does not require payments and sends email notifications when purchases have been made. 

I'm looking forward to seeing the first version of the store!  Thanks for all the hard work.

thanx for all replies. So for the short-term i can implement a custom provider (what a beauty is .net technology if implemented by capable people) and on the long term it will maybe become part of standard functionality. I am very glad it is flexible enough, because a lot of them shop components out there isnt.
