This project has been one of the worst communicated projects in the world. A one liner fom Will or whoever is working on this project would be very much appreciated. I relize that everyone is busy and you are doing this de gratis, but if you are gong to take this on, please be a liitle more communicative to everyone who is waiting. I know that I am speaking for a lot of ot developers. Also, communication on this project, when there is some, is all over the website, (blog, project, forums) sure would be nice if all the locations were kept up with the same informtion.

Thanks.

Can we vote for Gilles to be on the project team for the excellent communication and help he and other members
of the French dotnetnuke team have been providing. Of course that is if Gilles would like to be.

Thanks

Mike

I must agree that this module is one of the most wanted module(been watching this forum for about 2 years) but never getting really started.(lots of bugs in previous release)  By watching this forum i also think the french dnn-ers are doing great work(have installed and tested their version).

The revival of this module with Will and Gilles was simultaneous to the new release process. This has delayed the release of the v2. My feeling is that the first pass of any module in the release tracker is the most difficult one. The release process is  done for modules that already work, and want to upgrade safely. It is not suitable to publish quick corrections of existing bugs. The old dilemna 'publish early, publish often' vs quality process. The issues that Will and Gilles had to solve for the release process compliancy were minor compared to the current bugs ; some of them where even cosmetic, but 'dura lex sed lex'. Stay tuned next week.
