(Reposted, ... I accidently posted this message in the wrong place). Here it is

I have installed the latest store module (02[1].00.08_Install.zip) from the France team in DNN 4.5.3. Installation went perfect and it is now in production, with paypal as the payment provider ...3 little sales so far, thanks to you guys.

Just two quick questions (coming from a customer).

1) Once a customer makes the first purchase and enters all info in the shipping and billing addresses, the second time around he still has to re-enter all data again in the billing and shipping addresses, it seems they do not get saved anywhere for future reference. (Which files need to be fixed to correct this, that is if a correction is viable)

2) Customers completes all the purchase process, including paypal’s credit card payment and charge confirmations, and finally the customer is redirected back to the our portal with a message that says:

"Your order has been received and saved, but your PayPal payment could not be verified automatically. We will manually verify your Paypal payment..."

Is this a normal message or do I need to configure settings somewhere in order to verify the payment automatically??

Please let me know if I should be worried about finding a solution now or if I should wait for next release??

Thank you for your help.

Mr. SEEM.

Hi Mr Seem,

I'm happy that you can sell your products with DotNetNuke. I wish you to do many sales!

Concerning your questions :

1) Currently the Address provider is completed. In a future version (not the next one) the customers will be able to find their registering address as all the addresses which they will have provided beforehand (residence, office, warehouse,…).

2) That occurs sometimes. When a customer paid his order, PayPal must carry out a request towards the shop. If one of the servers is very occupied, it is possible that the notification of payment is not received yet when it returns on the page of the shop. This is why this message is displayed. In all cases, you will receive a notification by email from PayPal. You can also control the status of a payment in your PayPal console.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Why doesn't it just read a default address from profile? If you already discussed/answered this q, can you, please, direct me to that discussion?
