I was using 6.1.3 and recently upgraded to 6.1.5.  I noticed that most of my module titles are now displaying in a different font.  It was something like Arial, and not everything is displaying in something like Times New Roman.  I went back and downloaded 6.1.4 and then 6.1.5 again, just to see if there was something missed.  No luck.  Same issue.  And it's global, because it is happening to all my sites, and it's not my skin, because I see the same problem when I go into the admin functions.

When I started to investigate, this is what I found.  When I check the CSS, it looks like h1 and h2 is setting "font-family: normal #664;" in default.css.  Has anyone else come across this issue and was it intentional?  What's the best way to fix?

AFAIR there was an issue in DNN 5.1.4 regarding load swequence of DNN, which might cause your issue. Use thhe developer toolbar (e.g. by pressing F12 in IE8 or IE 9), to investigate, which setting causes the font applied to your module titles.

Yes, I am getting the exact same thing on all the sites I upgraded from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5. It does look like the default.css file is being loaded before the skin's css file, though. Now I am going through my skin css files and defining all the details of the h1, h2, etc. Strange.

obviously, someone modified default.css, replacing

h1, h2{font: #664 normal 20px}
h3, h4{font: #036 normal 12px}
h5, h6, dt{font: #036 bold 11px}

by

h1, h2{font:20px normal #664}
h3, h4{font:12px normal #036}
h5, h6, dt{font:11px bold #036}

Both definitions are wrong, but seem to be intepreted differently.

I logged this bug as DNN-20628.
