I found an alternative solution any way. Just change the submenuitemselected background to white and it looks just fine.

P.S : somehow I can't get the menueffectsmouseoverdisplay="none" to work. It's weird that it works fine on my local computer.

Hi Duc,

I have developed skins for clients and had some similar issues, but I got them resolved. I haven't had time to look at your dnn skin in details, but I'm glad you found a solution for it.
By the way, I am from VN (HCMC) but currently living/working in the States, so I don't think I can help with anything for DNN User group in Vietnam

Also, you may want to try:

.ModuleTitle_MenuArrow {
     display:none;
}

This should remove any space used by the submenu arrow asset that is used in that location.
