I've changed the favicon from the standard DNN icon on the main pages, but when a page is generated to view a pdf file stored on the site, the created page uses the default dnn favicon still.  Any idea how to change this?

Doug,

you can upload the favicon.ico to the root folder of your portal (/Portals/x/ where x is your portal ID). Then select the file in the portal settings as favicon (you can upload it from there as well).

I think I remember having read this can be a gif or png file as well, but I never tried.

Best wishes
Michael

Hi
Go to Admin>Site Setting>Appearance.
upload the favicon image there or choose it from the portals if previously uploaded.
The image file must be .ico format

Thanks,
