When either attempting to delete a page or to modify the setting from enabled to disbled I get the following error:

An error has occurred. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (dnn$cp$RibbonBar$EditPage$SkinLst="<Use Default Site Sk..."). ---> System.Web.HttpRequestValidationException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (dnn$cp$RibbonBar$EditPage$SkinLst="<Use Default Site Sk..."). at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateString(String value, String collectionKey, RequestValidationSource requestCollection) at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateNameValueCollection(NameValueCollection nvc, RequestValidationSource requestCollection) at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_Form() at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_HasForm() at System.Web.UI.Page.GetCollectionBasedOnMethod(Boolean dontReturnNull) at System.Web.UI.Page.DeterminePostBackMode() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
But I don't understand why.  I'm running DNN 6.2.4. (63).  I really need to figure out how to be able to remove some pages that I've added to the page, this just doesn't make sense.

Assuming that your site is running in an ASP.Net 4.0 application pool, check that the <httpRuntime> element in web.config includes the following attribute and value:

requestValidationMode="2.0"

This should have been added automatically when DNN sensed that it was running under ASP.Net 4.0. If it did not get added, also check that the ASP.Net worker process account (IIS Identity account) has been granted full permissions including modify on the installation's root folder and that web.config file is not marked read-only.
