Hi Folks,

When I log into my DNN 7 site the look of my radio buttons are being changed by, I assume, Jquery.

Additional HTML is being injected to make MY radio buttons look the same as the radio buttons on DNN Admin pages.

Why is this happening and how can I stop it.

Thanks

Tony

Sorry for bumping this but it also happens with Checkboxes

This interference causes big problems when I'm trying to format my pages and when using Jquery code such as Jquery Validate. As the inteferance basically hides my own checkboxes/radio buttons and inserts additional elements that I have no control over.

How can I stop this behavour

Thanks

Tony

Tony-

You mean...you didn't want you checkboxes and radio buttons to show up differently?? Please sense my sarcasm :-)

I'm having this same issue. I'm using some jQuery plugins to modify the look and feel and then I have DNN injecting some random HTML to mimic a checkbox. We definitely need to get this thing fixed ASAP.

I couldn't find anything in Gemini for this issue.

Matt

I just contacted tech support. Their suggested solution is to add class "normalRadioButton" and "normalCheckBox" to your controls.

Seems DNN 7 used some jQuery UI embellish library.
