There seems to be a problem with jquery 1.8 and an incompatibility with jquery-ui and / or DNN I retreated to 1.72 and all seems OK

We just had a report of the same JQuery error on one of our clients sites & just changed the site to use the local version of JQuery instead of Google CDN.

I am not sure what is going on. Since that glitch the only way to avoid those jquery errors is to install form and list module in the page. I tried that with more than 1 site.
Can anybody explain this?
