As an administrator, I can add an existing module to a page.  However, I have a user who needs to have this functionality and it is not working.

I have set the user up with a custom role.  The role has the necessary permissions for the page and for the module extensions.   The user CAN add a NEW module to a page.  But, when they click the 'add existing module' radio button and select a page, the module dropdown is never enabled.

I am on DNN 6.02.00.  Is this a bug or is there some other setting that I am missing?

Thank you for your help with this!

We ended up opening an actual support ticket for this one.  Here is the resolution:

After some investigation and testing, itseems that the user/role requires the 'Full Control' permission on the module. The user requires the 'Add' permission on the page.

I will be creating a new feature request to allow a user to add an existingmodule without having to allow the 'Full Control' permission on the module. This should be implemented in future versions, unfortunately the onlyworkaround is to allow the 'Full Control' permission.
