I was using Active Social Register module before I upgraded my website to 6.2.  I think at that time I thought I would never use the default register module so I may have removed it from the "register" page. I have emptied the recycle bin since then.

Now after the upgrade t0 6.2, I want to use the default register module but I cannot get it back even when I set the register page to default not set via admin>settings.

I have another new 6.2 install and it seems like the register "module" is embedded into the skin on the register page so don't know how and what it's using.

So my question is how do I get the register module on the upgraded site?

Thanks for your time.

you may use /Register.aspx url to get an empty page with the Register control on it. You may incorporate it into the skin of your website by using [REGISTER] skin object.

Thank you, Sebastian.

I am using /Register.aspx for register page and I think I may have deleted the register module. When I login as the host/admin and go to register.aspx page, I do not see the default register module on it.

I will have to try the [register] skin object in the skin. I hope that works. Any other options?

Thanks.

What do I do? I just drop [REGISTER] somewhere in the regular skin? Will that work?

[REGISTER] did not work. Also, I don't see [REGISTER] skin object in the list of skinobjects list under host>extensions>skinobjects

Is there a place where I can get the skin object?
