Is it possible to add host pages? (i.e. pages that can be seen on every portal in your DotNetNuke installation.) If so, how do you do it?

I tried adding a page in Site Settings -> Page Management -> Host, then I tried to include it into the menu but for some reason it won't show up in the menu. Is it possible to get it in the menu?

you should be able to do it the way you described. Or simply go to a page in host menu and select "add page", which should provide before/after for all host pages.

OK. I did get this to work, the problem was that it was a child page so it wasn't showing up in the menu because the parent page wasn't.

I was hoping that I could create a page that would be viewable across all portals by all registered users. I realized that since this is a Host Page, only a host can see it. Is it possible to create a page viewable across all portals by all registered users? Or is there no way around this issue?

no, content is separated per website and will be filtered per PortalID for security. if you need to share content between websites, you may use RSS or need modules, which do not rely on ModuleId or PortalId.
