Can someone tell me the steps of deploying a DotNetNuke site online?

I am assuming this is an elaborate process so it would be just as great if someone could direct me to a wiki page or some kind of video that explains how to do this.

 Thanks!

setup target web site and add domain address as website alias to your DNN website (in Admin > Site settings). Copy all files and the database, in most cases you will need to adjust the new database address to be used in both (uncommented) connection strings, specified in your web.config file.
