On the internet there are a couple of sites explaining howto setup multiple sites in one instance of dotnetnuke. see for example:

When i do

• create DNS record in the windows host file
• create a new binding in IIS
• start the site wizard

in the last step i'm not able to set the site alias. I can only select a template, skin, container and some site details (name, description, keyword, logo). when i press finish it replace my existing site. 

What am i doing wrong?

How exactly do i create a new portal?. when I'm looking trough the menu's I can't find Host settings. When I open Site Settings I cant create a new portal/site. see image below. I hope you can help me.
