I have disabled option " Include In Menu" for pages that i do not want to be visible to crawlers and other visitors, only my clients ...

mydomain.com/customershelp,aspx
mydomain.com/customershelp/videotutorial1.aspx
mydomain.com/customershelp/mailsettings.aspx
....

This pages are in all cases visible in Sitemap.aspx, i ascpect if i set not include in menu, that will not be visible also in Sitemap.aspx.
Can I remove this pages from Sitemap.aspx ?

Thank You

easiest option: remove "all users" view permission, which will hide these pages for non-authorized users and all crawlers.

you may easily create a robots.txt file to prevent crawlers to include specific pages.
