I have been trying to figure out why my web portals do not keep settings very well.   A misterious issue is the header banner logo gets set to no banner on some portals I have not even changed a setting with to where the header logo banner is gone and set to nothing until I set it again.

The other issue is I add a page but dont see it, or it will appear dissappear randomly on refreshes.  I installed a page didnt see it deleted it, ended up deleting the entire forum.

Something has been very goofy since 5.01 and I have been hoping it would be fixed by now.  I turned off all cache however it does not seem to do anything as far as the light medium heavy cache settings go.

I did stop mysql and php api in IIS which made performance boost up a lot.  Unfortunately I need to migrate php sites from this webserver so dot net nuke performs decent enough.

Any ideas what could be making pages/modules/changes not stay set and show up after they are made?  And for settings (mainly the header image) just switching to no image selected randomly??

Is migrating these sites to another DNN installation going to be tough if I decide to give that a try witha fresh install of the latest version? I believe I have been using DNN since 4.9 or so...

Thanks in advance.

I always run with the latest and look forward to the next version for fixes.   Right now I cannot move menu pages up or down and a lot of the pages where ending up in my recycle bin.  I figure I thought I was deleting a page and it figured I wanted to delete another page... im not sure what the heck is going on actually as it is very odd behavior.  I believe that DNN is not showing me what I should be seeing so I am deleting pages along with their modules.  Maybe I put a module back from the recycle bin that was from a page that I had not put back from the recycle bin to really jam it up.  I think the system is confused as to what to display or do anymore.  I cant move any menu items to change the order they are being displayed in the pages admin page.

That is one problem the other is at random times my header logo image that I set in the site settings appearance section gets set to nothing and I have to reset it to show the banner again.

2 very strange issues I have been having however not with each portal at one time.
