Using DNN5.04, logged in as regular user who belongs to a security group that has been assigned 'Page View' and 'Page Edit' rights can perform all functions on the page but cannot insert a module to the page! (I am in Edit Mode). The Host and Admin account work with no problem.

I went so far as to explicitly add the username to View and Edit page but to no avail.  The Insert Module: Module field is empty when I click the drop down arrow. Further I created a new portal and the problem occurs there as well. Appearently a site wide problem.

Any help appreciate... just about to go live when this problem occurred. Major set back.

In DNN5 you have to give Roles the ability to "deploy" specific modules. You do this from the Admin/Extensions page, click on the pencil next to a module and you will get a Deploy permissions grid. There you can choose which Roles or Users can deploy the individual modules.
