I have a series of RSS Feeds that I want to hide/unhide depending on day of week (Sun, Mon, etc).  I do this manually everyday now by unchecking/checking  the View Permissions from Page Setting.  When this is unchecked, only the admin can see the RSS Feed.

I wrote a stored procedure, which sets the Modules.InheritViewPermissions=0, but when I refresh the page, the module is still visible by everyone.  However, when I look at the settings of the module, I see that the Inherit View permissions from Page setting is not checked, which is consistent with the value set by the store procedure.

So it looks like the settings function is reading the database.  Is there a cache issue here or some other gotcha I have fallen into? Thanks.
