Hi! Sorry for my english. I'm just learn this language and can't write correct...

I'd like send some eMail verification to user befor him account will be created. And activate user account only after hi click on link in this eMail.

Great thanks for any help...

go to site settings in Admin menu and choose "verified" in registration mode.

DotNetNuke does have the functionality that you are looking for.  If you login in as an administrator and then go to Admin -> Site Settings. Under the advanced settings you will find the Security Settings which contains the User Registration which is a radiobutton list which consists of the following None, Private, Public and Verified.  If you select the Verified and then update the settings, this forces the email to go to new users as they register.  Inside of this email will be a verification code that needs to be entered the very first time that a new user logins in to your portal.
