Hello, i am wondering if this is possible in the user admin panel please, I have added a txt/html module to add some information to ( in admin mode ), but now what i want to do is have it so that the user when they log in can see that information in their admin panel but not have editor rights. Is this possible and if so how would i set this up as i have tried just about all options ( known to my limit skills ) and have not been able to get it to work, i can hide it or show it with editor rights when they log in but not show with out editor rights. any help would be appreciated

Pete

sorry, Pete, but what are you meaning "the user can see that information in their admin panel"?

Are you talking about admin users, page authors or ordinary registered users?

sorry. I still do not understand. ControlPanel is used for the area on top of the screen, displayed when you are allowed to edit a page. What do you mean?

I am sorry, i will try to explain better, over in UDT i wanted to get it so admin could assign a user to view and it was suggested to use the the user profile, so i have added a txt html section to this to add information to while in admin mode, but what i want this section to do is be veiwable by the user in their user profile but so that they can not edit any information in the txt html section, i can choose to hide that colums in admin or show it, but cant seem to chhose to show it but not allow editor rights. I am very sorry for confusion.
