I have upgraded to dnn 3.3.7 (from 3.2) and now I kan not access websites with normal URL  e.g. www.myhomepage.com  I have to write www.myhomepage.com/default.aspx  .

Why is it so. Have I missed something in the installation? e.g. security ?

Thanks for any help

Carsten, DK

Well the thing that occurs to me is that in the properties for the website in IIS, under the Documents tab, you need to make sure that Default.aspx is in the list. Although, if it used to work in the old site, this isn't the likely cause. Worth checking though.

Thanks, I'll check that.

Meanwhile I solved the problem.

I need to write an index page (=default.aspx) at the hosting company site at a setting in an Index menu.

Why I have to do it now and not before, I do not know. But something has changed in 3.3. I have heard about the same problem from others.
