I upgraded from 3.2.2 to 4.3.5 but most of the modules weren't upgraded  and I didn't get any of the new ones. I did see that some others have had this problem. The issue is that there are no zip files in the Install\Module folder, just a placeholder file.

I suspect that if you copy over the zips that you want from the full package, all will go fine. Doing it after the fact is easy too. Just load each zip from the full package. Again they are in the Instal\Module folder.
