If you are experienced with setting up IIS Web sites, install package is the option to go, otherwise Web PI 2.0 might be of help (we used to have an installation tool years before, but unfortunately it was discontinued and IMHO, Web PI is a valuable sucessor, though it still needs some work).

Thank You - your post was very helpful to me.  I was having difficulty with the Starter Kit and had gotten confused by the documentation.  The Website is quite clear as to the function of each of the downloads.  I was having some difficulty with the Starter Kit - which I will eventually need, but for now what I need is the Install package.
