Hello,

I've just installed/moved a working DNN website to a new host, provided by my client.  Now I'm getting the error below when trying to add new users, view host setting, etc.  Seems to be happening a lot.

The site is setup for medium trust.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

Thanks!!

There seems to be two things happening:

1) Some DNN files are missing the Read/Write/Modify permissions (needs to be applied from your web host control panel) and

2) Your website needs to be running in Full Trust mode.

With this, you should be able to rectify this error.

Good luck!

I thought dnn will run in medium trust mode.

yes, DNN isable to run in Medium trust, but not OpenID, LiveID or AD providers as well as a number of 3rd party modules.
