On my PC have installed VS2003 or 2005 already. what do i need to install more for developping VB.NET and DOTNETNUKE.

Besides DNN installed, SQL and that would cover it. It might help to install codesmith and the template files from dnnjoungle, but it is not necessary.

And if you are using VS2003 you will also need IIS installed somewhere.
