Can Dnn be installed on Windows Server 2003?

Any known issues with DNN and Windows 2003?

yes, and there are no known issues. Please make sure to use the correct asp.net user, AFAIR it's networkuser on windows 2003 (different from xp/win2000 which use the aspnet user)

As cathal mentioned there are no issues with installing on Windows 2003.  You will need to use the NETWORKSERVICE account when assigning permissions but that is the only real difference.
