I thinks i have resolved and understand the problem.
I have another module with subdir in app_code. Looking inside this subdir i have seen the there was four files with .cs extension,
source code files obviosly.
Now i have looked inside HTML_04.05.00_Install.zip and i have see tha there are four .vb file (not .ascx.vb !).
Putting this file under app_code\html directory and after insert <codeSubDirectories> <add DirectoryName="HTML"/> </codeSubDirectories> in web.config it's now working .....
BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND :
if i install a module and i obtain this output, with no errors and with any refernce to this files, how can i think that this files will be inside this folders ??? Why there is no reference to this file in .dnn installation file ????
Ah ok, in .dnn of FRESH INSTALL package (DotNetNuke_04.05.02_Install.zip) .dnn contain the instruction to put this 4 files in this directory !!!! But in .dnn file inside .zip file i have download from html project files this references IS MISSING !!!!
