Did you install or upgrade DNN? If you upgraded, check to ensure all the files have been uploaded and web.config has all the necessary values.

I had the same issue when I did an UPGRADE. Problem for me was my web.config file. I hadn't replaced my old one with the new web.config file and it was missing this in particular:

<

add verb="GET,HEAD" path="ScriptResource.axd" type="System.Web.Handlers.ScriptResourceHandler, System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" validate="false"/>

Hope this helps.

If you have the above listed item in your web.config, you will also want to check and see if you are using any Ventrian modules that have RSS Feeds (Simple Gallery, and News Articles for sure) and upgrade the modules.
