Hi Sebastion,

Thanks again. How do I set up ftp access to the site?

Regards,

Jim.

Your hosting provider should be able to tell you, whether and how FTP access is granted to your site.
This is totally outside of DNN control.

Hi Sebastion,
Thanks I got the issue resolved. I gained ftp access and was able to upload the solution that Richard suggested and it worked perfectly.
Thanks for all your help.
Regards,
Jim.

Richard,
Thanks for your efforts too and once again I apologize for not adhering to "Good practice" and I will take that on board for future issues.
Thanks again.
Regards,
Jim.

Jim, great to hear. Make sure to remove the backdoor, after you created a new host account or reset the password.
Have fun using DNN!

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
