Jelle Ossewaarde fix works once I repeated the upgrade process from scratch again from 4.0.2 to 4.3.4 (and therefore Store 1.0.0 to 1.0.1) and then run the script above. Thanks again.

I had a quick look at the issue logs and couldn't see the following in there (although can't seem to find advanced search inside Gemini!):

STORE ADMIN HOME
I am getting a prompt box for a valid format shipping value of #.## as default is 0 and not 0.00.

CATEGORY SECTION

I am getting another error now when I go to the categories from store admin . When I click edit on Category I get the following:

A critical error has occurred.
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

CUSTOMERS SECTION
In the customers section if I select one from the drop down and list the orders...the details link doesn't appear to be an href and no order numbers appear.
