Ok, I feel like such an idiot. I'm working on a site in DNN 6.2.0. I created a page called "Login" and then like an idiot, I made the page disabled. So now I can't login to the site! WHenever I click on "login" it tries to go to url/login.aspx, but since it's disabled, it redirects back to the home page.

How do I get back in? THanks!

you may edit the value directly in the database, table Tabs. You should use a different name, this would allow you to use /login.aspx to open default control instead.

Tried this, but This allows the login page to pull up but there is no place to login..

Now that I think about it. I’m surprised it let me create the page. I simply was trying to consolidate “Agent Login” and “Merchant Login” under the same parent page to make the menu a little smaller. Do you think if we change then name of the login.aspx page it will then recreate/redirect us to the default login part of DNN? The url is

http://merchantcard.onewaveclient.com

I do have backups of before I did this, but unfortunately, I had worked on the site for about 8 hours before I created the page, so my backup from the night before wouldn't have this work in it.

It would seem that when I created the page "Login" it automatically overwrote the original page. I honestly didn't think this was possible. Does DNN 6.2 allow creation of a page name that already exists? Any other suggestions to login to the site now that the login module isn't showing on the login page?

Hi Paul, did you manage to rename your custom login page? The default login page is protected and you shouldn't be able to overwrite it, so renaming your custom login page should bring back the default login page, unless the home page in site settings is not set to None Specified.
