IS THIS A BUG ???

Two separate portals each as separate parent domains. Should have independent scopes of user profiles and email addresses and usernames etc...  But they do not have unique scope to the parent domain but to the instance of the DNN install.

The error message doesnt even reflect that the user exists in another domain... just blank denies it as a duplicate.  Is there a patch for this bug or a work around.  I am making a a portal template that will use the same user administrator for all new domains but with different passwords and this severly hampers my goals.

Need a fix... help!!!!!

P:S:   I can see that there have been similar issues in previous threads that were reported as a bug and fixed.  But it seems that this issue still remains.
