I have an incredibly vexing problem that I cannot seem to recreate or track down. We've recently re-built all of our websites in DNN 5 after importing the content from DNN 4.9. I've re-built all the skins. Everything works 100% properly for me in IE, FF,Safari,iOS Safari and Chrome as user, admin and host accounts. I cannot for the life of me recreate this error.

2 separate users in different physical locations working with 2 different sites both report the same problem. They will log in and when they attempt to click the edit option, the module shrinks down to a single form line filled with HTML code. Additionally, they can't log out.

What is happening? I can't recreate it so I can't troubleshoot the issue. One of the users reports that she can log in and work with the sites properly from another machine. Any ideas? The links below are the screenshots the users sent me.
