DNN 6 - I created a new portal and can't apply a new skin.

I am lost on this one and need some help!!

I am created a new portal for a new domain and the only skin that works is the default Dark Knight. From the Skin control page I select the desired skin and click "apply", but the Dark Knight skin is all that will work. I tried deleting the portal and re-creating a new one. Still nothing.

This is the first portal I have created with DNN 6.0. All my other portals were created in previous 5.* versions. The portals I created in 5.* change skins just fine. I have tried to change it with superuser, and admin. Neither account works.

Any troubleshooting advice or input would be grand. Thanks-

Almost the same problem here... I can apply the skin in administration pages, but not in the portal.
I checked many times and ALL the settings point to the correct skin, however Admin/Host pages displayed correct, Portal Pages, displayed with the default skin. I even tried to change the skin to another Dark Knight version (2 cols, 3 cols, etc), same problem here... It applies only to backend pages and not on the portal.

Note: I am using 5.x version in many sites, without problems.

Still having the same problem.... Nobody else has? What am I doing wrong here...?

please check settings of the portal pages, there might be explicitly a skin set instead of using default skin.
