Yes I 've got it! I solved the problem!
I changed the web config (just adding a empty line) and opened the site using the alias who gave me error and it worked even if I don't know why.

at the end of the file, I was just trying everything... and i thoug maybe changing the webconfig can help, I don't know how to explain it in english, I though that it could be  like cleaning the chache and restarting the application, forcing DNN to read the alias table again.
I'm not sure that it's correct but it worked out
