I installed DNN 4.02 on Windows 2003/SQL 2000,after i loged in as admin,i tried to add a new user.

But, after i input all the necessary info and Update. I got the following error,

An error has occurred.
Error: Edit User Accounts is currently unavailable.

strangly, the user had been created!!! But can NOT be deleted!

Why?How can i do?

Ît looks like there are problems with MS membership component. Are there issues listed in the event log?
